REFUND POLICY
All transactions are non refundable. All required information have been addressed accordingly. Refunds are only allowed if there is an error by the payment system. We will refund after system validation by our customer service officer who will directly contact the guest within 24 hours.

The Terms and Conditions may be changed, amended or varied at any time by Eastparc Hotel in its discretion without assigning any reason therefore.
